Biography
His Excellency Vath Chamroeun OLY is a leading Cambodian sports administrator, government official, and former Olympic athlete. He serves as the Secretary-General of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) and President of the Kun Khmer International Federation (KKIF). With deep academic and athletic training spanning North Korea and France, he has dedicated his life to transforming Cambodia into a competitive regional sports hub. He also serves as a Secretary of State for both the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
